Maidenbower Community Centre is a spacious and well-equipped venue offering flexible hire options for events of different sizes and styles, with a seated capacity of up to 240 people. The large main hall is ideal for performances, classes, and celebrations, featuring a stage and a high ceiling of 18ft (5.4m), while the adjoining coffee lounge can be hired independently for smaller meetings or informal gatherings and comfortably seats up to 12 people. The centre benefits from a well-appointed kitchen, including a double electric oven with six-ring hob, as well as a fridge and water boiler. Hirers also have access to an outdoor patio area where barbecues are permitted, making the venue suitable for social and family events. Generous shared parking is available in the adjoining neighbourhood shopping parade, and the centre is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Harvest Road bus stop. Please note that social events booked on Sundays must finish by 9pm. Pay-to-use Wi-Fi is available at an additional charge (not included in the hire fee), and tables and chairs are provided for hirers’ use. Hall dimensions are 15.8m x 14m, with a ceiling height of 5.4m. Community centre hire is charged hourly, with a minimum booking of one hour.
